New Ranger RD's

Its a powder coat of somekind - I don't know exactly - it isn't the best finish, but don't let that deter you from getting one! My finish started chipping a little, so I removed the finish on the blade of my RD7 and cold blued it, and my custom RD4 is in Satin (satin upgrade is $20):

Thanks for the reply.

P.S. The blade looked like it was ground by Busse Combat -does Ranger knives have their blades CNC ground by them? The grind lines are very similar.

I love my RD-4 (old style)! I strongly suggest sending your Rd's to Scott Tanguay who can (for $25) sculpt the handles, radiius edges... and pretty much whatever else you want.
