Picked up my 2nd Hinderer today. A 3" slicer (production). Then I "had" to visit the Hinderer website for a few goodies.

The XM is really truly not easily appreciated trough pictures alone. The 3" surprised me with its size the first time I held one, but so does the 24. I find the 3" Slicer to be very handy "around the house" and can hold its own outside the home too.

Totally agree... Was very surprised by the feel of the 3" and would imagine the XM24 would be equally surprising. Haven't seen one of those beast in real life yet, but one of these days. I've been playing with this thing all day. Love the feel of it. I still think the 3.5 is the perfect knife, but the 3" is just so dang cool... Definitely handy and a great size. Hardly know I have it with me when it's in my pocket.

Picked up one of the new Warhead tips for the investigator. Really like the look of it:

Very cool BB. If you want, there is also a "Hinderer accessory" thread. Those pics would look great there too.

I looked for the Warhead tips for the Investigator at Blade so I could check them out...didn't find them. I've only seen them at one dealer so far. My standard end is pretty pointy so I wasn't bummed I couldn't find them. However, I love options and would like to pick up a flat end as well as the warhead to provide said options...eventually...perhaps along with one of those cool skull-sporting Investigators Rob posted about a couple days ago.
