New scale options in Custom shop

Now I want a 501 with the buckeye burlwood.

Oh boy. I have been waiting for silver 112's for a while now.

Model 112's with N/S frames are out there,you just have to look for them.I managed to collect nine this past year.

There are several for sale on auction sites for less than sixty-five dollars.

Of course the Custom Shop models are a different breed.

I hope Buck adds S30V Drop point option to the Custom 110 Page, I know they have the 420 HC but S30V would be great as well.

They are out there for just under 100.00 just looked at some.

Yes,I have one.I bought it for about $100.00.

They have one with a brass frame and the drop point S30V blade for $84.99

That's a good deal.

I am too. But the custom shop says it could take 4-6 weeks for delivery, so that could be why. I can't wait to see some live examples!

I've been impatiently waiting for my custom 110 for just over two weeks. I can't wait to see how the buckeye burl scales look and will definitely post pictures when it arrives.

It should be smooth. I have another brand with this material and it is smooth and beautiful.

The ironwood looks great. I was torn between that and buckeye. Hopefully they keep adding to the scale options, I'd love to see some additional North American woods like beech, sycamore, bird's eye maple etc.

Yep, she's a good woman but it's wrapped up now so I don't get so see it again until Christmas. It's the only thing I know she got as I instructed her on exactly what to order! So I knew she wouldn't mind when I asked if I could inspect it and snap a photo.

Thank you so very much for posting a picture. I am debating if I should have rivets on my special order or not. I would be concerned about how well the scales would hold up with EDC. I'm not a collector so I would be have the knife in my EDC rotation.
