Recommendation? New Shop. What would you have done differently?

Looks like a good spot for a deer stand to me. Ok, ok , put a deer blind window and stool in da shop. :D

something like this would be nice http://www.ebay.com/itm/Paragon-E9S...270895?hash=item25dcdd26ef:g:B~sAAOSw4HlZbpD3 plugs in any outlet, gets hot enough to HT any high carbon blade steel. I have been using a used one for over 3 years, only drawback is largest blade it can hold is 12" total length. I also found one like this http://www.ebay.com/itm/Lindberg-He...597965?hash=item4b164b8fcd:g:W08AAOSwB4NWziHP for less than $100, I was able to go get it as shipping 250 pounds gets expensive. Ebay is my favorite source for nice to have stuff, everything from furnaces to tool steel to hardware to belt sander drive wheels.
