New survival Knife (Bush Craft/BOB)

Cold Steel SRK is what I keep in mine. I'm a huge bushcraft nut. It does everything decently, I have a carbon V and recently went to a San Mai SRK. It's cheaper than the Falkniven A1 ( which is an incredible knife ) I have carried the SRK for 20+ years. Used it in combat, on swat, hunting, camping, bushcrafting, etc. I also like the ESEE 4 and 6. The 5 is a tank. I have a lot of knives, but I will always have a SRK, it's a proven all around knife. The Cold Steel master hunter is pretty awesome too. I'm not a Cold Steel Fanboy, but they are a great knife at the price point.

Without the Amazon limitation I'd say the Swamp Rat Ratmandu (aka RMD). Just a super reliable knife with great steel and some of the best ergos in the business. Maybe down the track.

The truth is, any knife from a reputable manufacturer will serve you well. Fallkniven F1 and S1, Becker BK-15/16/17, ESEE 4 are all great options. My personal opinion is the BK-16 offers the most bang for buck of any production fixed blade out there. Great knife, reliable steel, good in the hand, very serviceable sheath. Switch the grips to the micarta option and it's a fantastic all-rounder. I carry a BK-15 with me when I'm out bush on hunting trips because it is such a good game processing knife, but would serve perfectly well as a BOB/bushcraft/survival knife in its own right.
