He is part of the problem - he can't find his own butt with both hands and a flashlight (or torch, for those in the UK). People like him who try to remedy a particular problem in any society while blindly attacking an object, not a root cause, never accomplish anything, only making things worse for the law-abiding citizens, better for the unlawful scumbags.:barf:

Kitchen knives? When are they going to wake up? Kitchen knives are the most readily suitable household object for cutting/stabbing. Take away knives, they will go to screwdrivers. Take away screwdrivers, they will go to the next readily available object, etc. Like, duh! Hey, he might as well promote a law announcing mass amputation of the UK population's frigging fingers so they won't use them as weapons!

I am so glad that my ancestors "opted out" of the British Empire in the 1770s. Things are bad enough here in the USA, but nothing compared to England......
