This blade is from .040" thick stock. Cutting is amazing, the blades are flexible. Really light and effortless food prep.
1.5" wide blade 6.5" long x .04" thick
Swedish 26C3 steel hardened to RC65+ and tempered back to about RC63-64
Natural curly narra western shape handle - affixed with 250 deg.F rated epoxy.
