New Web Specials - Limited ! 110 Sport Take Apart, 112 Medallion, 212 S45VN

I was tempted to buy the blue LT for my brothers upcoming birthday, but it's partially serrated so I decided not to.
I think I already bought him a standard black LT a couple years ago, so it's not like he'd really need it.

Missed out on the 212. Pretty butthurt. Had one in the cart with the intention of customizing. Got distracted. Fell asleep early. All gone when I woke up... even called buck to see if there were any extra laying around. Rep assured me they were "long gone." o_O🤣 yikes. I guess the price was right on that one. They should go back to making all their classic knives. I believe there us enough demand...

Dang, if they even remade every knife in almost any catalog before even 2010 or so, i would be broke.

My 212 came today. The fit/finish is great, there are no gaps in the springs, and it's pretty snappy!

It's my first brass/phenolic example and is noticeably heavier than something similarly sized - a 117 for example. Speaking of the 117, I was happy to discover that the 212 and 117 apparently share the same excellent handle.

I put it to immediate work harvesting herbs out of the garden for dinner.

I got my 110 and 212 today. I got the 112s on Saturday. I don't have space to post a picture, but they look like the others people posted.

Man, I don't usually get 110s, but with the Al bolsters, it is light - and sharp (not due to the frame, of course).

The 212 looks gorgeous with the brass pommel and guard. I'm trying to get the whole collection of 212s that were released by Buck, non-custom. there are 15. I am down to needing 5: 1) the original black phenolic with aluminum, 2&3) the red and black Lucite in W2 and 420HC - not the BCCI one, 4&5) the colobolo ones with aluminum and W2 and 420HC - not the brass one. So if anyone want to get rid of one of those ...

Really regretting dismissing the 110 so quickly. For some reason, the stock pictures didn't look that appealing to me. Wood inlays, grey aluminum, black hardware, it just didn't look like it went together well.

But seeing the few pictures posted by people who got them, I wish that I would have. I hope all who got them enjoy them!

Not to rub salt on your wounds, but that 110 is nice. So light. Handsome looking. Good steel and sharp. But there will always be others coming up, don't fret too much.😀

I've been looking for the C&C exclusive cocobolo and brass 212 for a few years.
I have a number of the others. Just trying to complete the brass and cocobolo collection .

It is weird that the "fancy" ones are easier to find. Maybe people didn't use those but they did use the more plain ones. Also, I don't think they made many of the plainer ones that I am missing. I just recently found the cocobolo brass, so I am happy about that.

The wood on mine is basically all black, which I like a lot. I also really like the wood not being polished, it just looks natural. This is a very nice knife, I'm impressed. :)
