I'm telling you most peeps (not calling you out here Starwolf) don't even understand/recognize extensive machining on a part, let alone wanting to pay a premium for 3-D. They just keep asking, "Why so expensive"?Just hope the texturing doesn't add too much to the price![]()

What the heck, we'll do it anyway...

That's really the only big, unanswered question remaining now isn't it? We've seen the graphics, blades, scales and frame. It doesn't take much imagination to put them all together and have a pretty good picture of the finished product.
I have to believe it's going to be something reasonably good whatever they decide on. Why go outside the box to make something this cool only to saddle it with mediocre steel?
Whaddaya mean? You guys don't want a pot metal blade in this one? I've been lobbying for an aluminum blade myself..... It'd be nice and light!!![]()

How rough is that texturing? Is it going to tear up the pocket?
Okay, these look great!
I was really hoping for a smooth lock-side like the 551, in order not to SHRED the pockets like my 301, but the texturing is certainly not a deal breaker.
be careful Jimmer, I don't want to step in and protect you here, do the words flash mob mean anything to you ?
