Next Busse

If you mean snappy as in recoil, then get the 220ST. The extra weight helps.

It isn't bad enough to warrant picking up another. I kind of came into both of these pretty cheap anyway. These double tap really well as it is.

The HK's poly frame flexes, compaired to the alluminum Sig frames. They seem to run a bit smoother but not necessarily better IMHO.

Besides, I'm kind of getting the shakes in a sort of heathen mistress lust.

NMFBM or FFBM... Maybe both, when I've got some money saved up.

I think current inventor on .45 ACP pistols is 4 at the moment. Ammo prices are a bit stiff and it doesn't cost anything to use a Busse.

Brendan must be eating his heart out right about now.
If you think "peoples republic of California" is tough on guns, you probably can't even imagine what Britts go through to get a gun. Their cops aren't carrying, and you are talking about 1911's here, shame on you, making a fellow HOG jealous (he is probably crying somewhere). Granted Brendan isn't as much into guns as he is into knives, but we are talking 1911 here, a 100 year old design people still enjoy.

So I guess what I'm trying to say here is, don't half@$$ it guys, post more pictures!!!

Every self respecting American should own atleast one high quality 1911 pistol.

Now go buy yourself an Ed Brown special forces.

You mean you guys don't spend all your $$$$$$$$$$$$ on Busse's?!!!!!

I don't either... I've found that you must have balance in life. So in that pursuit, I try to balance quality knives with quality guns. They go great with quality booze. ;) :)

Thank you guys for the response. I had another question, between wilson combat, Ed Brown and NightHawk custom which brand would you choose and why? I'm trying to figure out which is more reliable and worth the buck. (I was told Ed Brown was the best for fit and finish). Thanks again! :D

Partially my fault, but man this thread has veered way off course! ;)

I have Wilson, Baer and Brown and feel that Ed Brown is making the best 1911 on the market right now. It seems that Wilson and Baer have lost a step according to many enthusiasts I know.

It is either A.D.D. or general drunkenness....

I know where I'd place my money... ;)

But back to the thread. I'm hopeful that we will see some more Boss Street variations. A knife that size really should be thinner... and choil-less...

Well... either that or a Scotch Dispenser Mistress. :p:thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:

(kidding... really)

I agree, Brown is #1 in my book.

Hey Brendan you got "Jacked" Bro, did you ever figure out which gun  I mean knife :) you were going to get?

Thanks for fixing that for me Dwaine, I think he got discouraged. Maybe Jerry can make him a knife that shoots bullets. :D

Jaxx - If you want to try one out, let me know. I belong to a local club (near Doylestown), and guest access is only $10 for the day, so if you want to head over one day, just let me know.

 I might just take you up on that. Thank you for extending the offer!
