Well I know the poll is closed but I'll still throw in my thoughts. Personally I like 3 for all the reason mentioned as well as I like the handle design. That being said I like all the designs. Is there an interest list we can get on?
 
Joe, you always have a way of capturing the imagination and making these things the most fun possible.

Congratulations to you and to Jason on the beginnings of a new adventure. Looks like an exciting project! :thumbup:

I was on the fence between #1 and #3, actually voted #3, changed my mind after voting too fast and skewing the poll, sorry..:o
Mike's post below made things completely clear and I agree with every word.
When I think of those clips, I either think of Jason Knight or Samuel Lurquin.
Happy that #1 won the day !

Nah, it me. Just the way my mind works (or doesn't). Not necessarily looking towards the "dirty" side, but more taking phrases and looking at the double meanings and puns embedded within.

Now back on track with the thread; IMO there are going to be 10 lucky/happy people in a few weeks or so. Personally I liked #2 better, but I'm good with #1 or #3. Don't know much about L6 steel though, guess I need to do some research if for no other reason than to increase my knowledge. Thank you Joe and Jason for turning out what will most likely be another much sought after knife. The last "project" really turned out well and expanded my exposure to the knife world. There's so much more out there than I ever realized. LOL

I'm digging the natural micarta...I might have one or two knives that it would compliment rather nicely, just sayin'.

The wooden mock-up is super cool, as well.

That's a whole new untapped market - just think I could buy a wooden knife or sword for a son, nephew, cousin, next door neighbor or homeless dude and have a carbon steel version forged for myself to commemorate my selfless act of thoughtfulness or greedy consumption, depending on how you look at it :D
