Would you be interested in a trade for your Benchmade 940 for;

A Spyderco Caly 3 with ZDP-189/420j2 plain edge blade, with carbon fiber handles? It is like new, sliced a few sheets of paper, has box.
AND
a Spyderco Merlin, serrated blade, FRN handle, metal clip. It has been carried on a car's window visor, but it is in perfect working order.
