I got this in a trade yesterday. It is an AWESOME knife, but the Wave hook kills it for me. I had this knife in my pocket for all of maybe 2 minutes. I opened it about 5 times. It did not leave the living room! 
It is still in excellent 'as new' condition. Factory edge and hasn't cut a thing.
It is an Emerson CQC7BW-BTS. Comes with box, paperwork, and decal.
I am looking for another knife. Fixed or folder. I prefer equal value offers. I can add to it for the right deal.
Some ideas of what I want.
I would love a knife like a Ratmandu or Viper Tank or similar fixed blade Spyderco C101GPGY2 Manix 2 Cruwear, Shemp Tuff, Millie Cruwear or similar folder.
