This is where I'd "like" this post if there was an option to do so...
 
To all interested, today I received a package stuffed with the couple things I bought, and some nice bonus items as an apology for the delay. All is good with the transaction and selller as far as I'm concerned. Like I said, sometimes things get screwed up in life, and while I didn't like the idea of losing a couple bucks, I have no hard feelings and hope all works out for the seller. And thanks for all your interest.
