I'd suggest the Peak. But I have no experience with it. I have owned the other two. I still have the Core. It has a nice action and it's a tank. The blade has a bit more belly than I like. It's also not ground as thinly as I'd like.
The Nimbus is a nice design but it didn't do anything for me. Action is nothing special. Also ground too thick for such a lightweight knife.
