I can only have one and its so difficult to decide every time what to get, but this is my choices:

DC with Black Canvas
or
Muddy with Black/Red
or
Black with Black/Tan

What about U??? What are u getting???
 
DC with Blank Canvas. Wasn't sure, but after seeing the price and the picture, it speaks to me :D :thumbup: Kind of surprised they are 5/16", but I won't complain about a fatty.
 
2 x Jungle & Black Canvas
1 x Tanker & Black Paper
1 or 2 x Black & Yellow & Black G-10
1 x Double Cut w/ Tigerhide, if they'll allow it.

This all depends on my price estimate of $397, or $367 if Jerry is feeling the holiday spirit :D.
If its a lot more, I'll get 1 in Jungle.. Or 2 or 3.
 
Black canvas looks sooooo classic on a chopper. Reminds me of the old school! I'm going for good old black on black canvas.

yeah AWH, I too was hoping for a black and blue G10. I guess I'll settle for another combo ;)
 
Think I'm going to go for Tanker Grey and Black Paper. That may change several times in the next few days though.
 
Hey gang. I was wondering how long the Black Paper handles hold up. They look really nice on the satin and coated blades, I like to call it the "Dexter" look after his newest knife on the show had the black paper handles.
I have seen the Busse knife torture test on youtube and the tester gave the G10 handles a good work over in the video, enough to make the Pins bend before the handles broke.
How well does a Black Paper user hold up around the pins, would the pin bend or handle material break first?
Black paper has worked its way down to my 2nd/3rd choice pick if I happen to score a Ganza, I really like the all black and it might end up being a 'safe queen' that brings up my next Black Paper question.
How long of a life time does Black Paper have? We or most of us has seen Pawnstars where they always explain how the Papers showing age, I would think the Paper inside the Micarta mix could become brittle over hmm 20+ years?

Good question. I would think that the resin mix would keep strong even after 20 years as I'm guessing the paper is absorbing the resin(?). I know that some guns have paper micarta grips such as Rugers. Maybe Jerry or another expert will be able to chime in as I can't recall how long Jerry's been using paper micarta. Though I've yet, that I can recall, heard of any issues with it. As for the tube fastners they put on the knives, I have rarely seen any of those bust.
