no fingernails...which knives done require fingernails to open them?

You could always contact user Glenbad, for one of these TL-29 mod with easy open notch and screwdriver blade to wharnie conversion.
I was going to post the Ring Opener, but Wazu beat me to it.
The Pinch Lockbacks from Canal Street Cutlery are also very easy to open with no nail required. In fact most lockbacks can be opened by simply pinching the blade. The Schrade-USA Old Timers like the 6OT and 7OT come to mind.
