Brings back integral plastic pocket clips, something I associate with old school Spyderco so no hotspots, no scratching stuff, which is an issue to some and it doesn't scream "pocket knife" the same way the typical metal clip does, for those who mind that. Very no-nonsense tool, I like it a lot!

Looks like a solid blade. Maybe the Tuff Lite would be a more practical box cutter though?
 
this reminds me of when i was a kid...I thought it'd be cool to buy some relatives a save a whale charity package. for years they were getting mail spammed by the save a whale people begging for more money...I never heard the end of it......still get lambasted about it every xmas. guess what I never did again for xmas.....charity stuff like this.......

Totally unsolicited comment from me, but this is why I’d be rather picky about where and how to help. Plenty of online causes and charities out there could be scams, or started out as noble and ended up as something else entirely down the road. I’d start with checking out how to help my local community or parish perhaps.
