well it dont happen offten that i jest make it ...
today i called and low and behold i got the very last
#651 aussy pig sticker night hawk!:cool:
was calling to check on a knife i have had on order and jest happened to think to ask of one... seems he jest dug up the last set to send one off over seas and had one left! and it is mine!!!
now if i had counted right there are less then 15 here in the USA!:eek:
there were at one time like 80 here but a new zealand company bought what was left! this one was left as it had a small scratch on it...:(

humm...wander how you value a one of 15 in the country?:D
 
Priceless....For thoes not in the know its a Aussi varaition possible total run under 300, overall length 13" A BIG BUCK ! One of the biggest Bucks ever made...

i came up with that number bassed on what was said during the times i called the store
as to how many they had left from what they started with..
was they had 80 that did not get sent and still had 70 some and this was after you got yours.. that later it was about 70 left and i called and ordered during sale...
was told that they might have one left some place but that a company ordered all they had left...
i called back to ask what company as it was hinted it could be smkw and wanted to be sure and ena and pete both bussy and the girl there said they were bought by a company in new zealand.. all they had left..
then i heard there might be some with slight scratches so i called again today and there was one sent out already but he had the last in his hands... and it was mine if it had not been paid for by some one else..
so it was 80 total in usa with 70+ still here, then aboout 70, then the last one.. with a few scratches.. that i said i would pay for today... about 70 and then two sujest that 68 or so got sent out of the country...as the two left may were not counted.
now i could be wrong on all this... i was medicateing from the jar some
so... i might have been impared ..
but thats how i figured it... so one of 15 or 13 OR less still here ..
any one got a guess what it may be worth as one of less then 15 here.. ?
i mean i is normaly only a 110 man ...
fixed blades i know nothing ! which means i am guessing here ...
come on you fixed blade milltary collectors- help a bro out!

Hey Dave, It's O.K. to steal pic of knife but not the Knife itself...lol... ;)

Incidentially, I have 2 pig stickers. I kinda figured they would be a scarce item and ordered 2 from Ena.....hope this helps in your quest to "track 'em all down."

Also, one went up on fleabay yesterday and was bought by "Whatabueat" whoever he (or she) is....so there's another accounted for.

I have 2 NIB that i picked up last fall, was a little sceptical about the low production! Now i do not feel so bad! I guess I will not be giving them away cheap at the flea markets!

FWIW, I got the last BCCI Lucite 120...they had a display issue left. Waiting for the BCCI number to be engraved.
The proverbial check is in the mail.

I'll bet that this one will most likely show back up on the bay in the not too distant future!!
 
I've got one of these thanks to one of my Buck brothers here letting me know they were currently available at the factory. It's the first nighthawk style blade in my accumulation.
