No replies to email

Recently, I got an email like this : "why have you not responded? Are you just not interested in my trade?"


Turns out they had sent an offer and I never got it. I am glad they followed up, as I am very interested and wanted to deal.

My thing lately is them getting thier item and not telling me. I check it on delivery confirmation, but I still like the okay from the receiver.

The trade/sale forums used to not be like this...:(
 
I switched from 56k Dial-up to 500k DSL sat. recently but kept my e-mail addy from 56k service, what I didnt know is when I was replying to e-mails the new service was having trouble connecting to the old services e-mail servers to send and recieve e-mails, so I was missing half my e-mails and the ones I was sending were not going thorugh but it wasn't giving me any kind of error on sending them, i didnt know all this till people started fussing about me not returning e-mails, and I started looking into it and found the problems, so always give people a second or 3rd or more chance if it's me, they may not even know they are having problems, if it's a buisness use thier phone numbers and call them if your having trouble and not getting returns or answers buy e-mail, e-mail is nice but computers/networks/internet is not always reliable, but a good ole phone call is.
