I seem not to be the only person on this forum stripping cable with a CRK! It's been my daily carry for the last two weeks, and I am finally really "getting it" with these Umnums!

It's an early 70's elevator logic controller. Put in just before micro-processors really took over. The view you see is just a fraction of the relay reed-switches on this thing. It's massive, size of three large refrigerators. Maybe 200 of the pictured relays to do what a PLC (computer) could do with something the size of a shoe box these days. Still in service, but getting very tired!

Yes sir!! Cad welds for a ground ring for HV switch and HV transformer :D The copper is down in that little trench
 
Yeah the cad weld box is a dead give away. haha! It's always good to see another electrician around these parts :)
