No women’s fixed blades.

I think we're missing the obvious. Find a knife that she likes then sand the handle down as needed. It seems that wood or micarta would be the best choice if you choose to go that route.

You’d be better off with someone that makes knives that women use. Horsewright Horsewright
I agree talk to Horsewright Horsewright there seem to be a lot of happy women with knives in his posts.

Thanks guys for the shout out!

OP I've made thousands of small fixed bladed knives suitable for women and many are indeed carried and used by women:

Both of these young ladies, listening to the judges instruction prior to competing, are carrying my knives:

Had the booth set up at a big roping one time. These two young gals, part of the event staff, stopped by to show me their knives:

Another BF maker, duckchildress duckchildress , makes a fine, little fixed blade. He usually works in 440C or D2 if I'm not mistaken. If you emailed him, I'm sure he would make a handle to fit your wifes hand.

If you want something off the shelf. Another vote the CS Pendleton Mini Hunter.

Was going to recommend this fine user amongst others in our custom makers forum. Smaller fixed blades pop up there fairly regularly, and at great prices. Plus it supports the knife community.

Bark River Featherweight Fox River. 3 inch blade, 4 inch handle. Nice small grip, variety of steel.

Something I just realized looking for a knife for my wife.
Probably too limited of a niche market, what’s missing in the knife world is a fixed blade knife designed for women with small hands to edc.
I’ve got a Bradford G3 fits well in 3 finger grip.
It’s a completely full grip for my wife, and since the pinkie bone rests on the end of the handle prevents secure closure of the 2 middle fingers.
G3.5 too much handle length.
Benchmade Nimravus doesn’t fit plus too much handle length. I could keep mentioning different knives that don’t work.
Those that do have right handle circumference handle is too long for comfortable carry as they are made for a man’s wider hand.

One can find a few with a 3 inch blade but handles usually too long and they’re hard to find in a kephart or spear point type similar to the Bradford blade style.

Well just off the top of my head, let's see what KA-BAR has to offer in the realm of small fixed blade knives to fit a small hand.
