No women’s fixed blades.

For a factory knife, the Benchmade Hidden Canyon Hunter is a small fixed blade.

Does she have trouble with kitchen knives? 🤣
😂 Yep she cooks. 😂 but, even though we just use them for slicing she doesn’t like any kitchen knives we have either.
Neither do I so always use use whatever I’m edc’ing no matter what size stuff I’m cutting. 😂
Got some decent kitchen knives coming though.

Hands come in a range of sizes I don’t know why we have to single out women for their supposedly tiny hands.
Appreciate all your research steel research.
Seems it does point to a potential area for a good niche business opportunity for someone capable.
I consider my wife’s hands small yet they’re twice the size of one of the adult daughters hands. 🤷🏼‍♂️
It bothers the daughter cause she has to buy children's gloves, shoes etc. 😂

Plenty of good knives out there. Micarta scales may be more comfortable on the Izzy though.

LT Wright's Frontier First model is nice, it's 5.5" overall with a 2.25" blade. I've got one in 3v with the python micarta handles and it's pretty sweet. You may want to give one a try, good luck on your hunt.

Shorter handle preferably. About a 3in handle designed for small hands.
I busted out the ruler, and the handle on the Necker is 3.25". You can get one with a variety of handles for under $50. Might be worth a try. If she doesn't like it, throw it in the paring knife drawer.

What about Schrade's Sharpfinger?

Something I just realized looking for a knife for my wife.
Probably too limited of a niche market, what’s missing in the knife world is a fixed blade knife designed for women with small hands to edc.
I’ve got a Bradford G3 fits well in 3 finger grip.
It’s a completely full grip for my wife, and since the pinkie bone rests on the end of the handle prevents secure closure of the 2 middle fingers.
G3.5 too much handle length.
Benchmade Nimravus doesn’t fit plus too much handle length. I could keep mentioning different knives that don’t work.
Those that do have right handle circumference handle is too long for comfortable carry as they are made for a man’s wider hand.

One can find a few with a 3 inch blade but handles usually too long and they’re hard to find in a kephart or spear point type similar to the Bradford blade style.
Try the benchmade altitude, I don't know you're budget but it is a nice small knife.
