Best place to start on the Bible is the NT. The OT generally scares or confuses the crap out of people who haven't read/heard any of the NT.
In other news... my aunt needed someone for a play the local theatre organization is doing, and no adults who wanted to do it were found, so it was offered to me... I took it, and I've been in 10+ plays, but having to play an adult part is making me nervous as heck.

Gsom: yeah I got it. Second time my humor today went overhead.
Had a Sirius radio telemarketer call today and at one point she asked "so what do you and your wife like" ......... I said oooooohhh aren't you the cheeky one. That's a bit personal isn't it?" She responded with I'm sorry sir; I was just trying to inform you that we have plenty of options depending on your listening preferences.
Ahhhh whatever. It was funny in my head. Both times.
