Come to florida...its worse. Mostly those jersey techs who come down buy a truck and go into business;) im kidding about only jersey transplants, but im not kidding about transplants coming down over the decades in this industry and many others and robbing, cheating, lying and ruining things.
 
This is him(THE SUN) in 2011 not making good on his "useless word".No one has dropped off the face of the planet.

Time frames for peoples projects were pushed back, it is what it is.

No one is getting screwed. everyone will receive either the work they requested, or their money back....whatever they've asked for.

There is not a looooooooooog list as implied above. Most people have already received their knives back completed and a few have received their refunds.

I am just recently getting back to work after a three month fight with a lung infection which had a lot to do with why my backlog has grown.

i am not out to screw anyone over. I have well over 300 projects that i've done for people on three or four forums that have gone off without a hitch!!! My health, and life jumped up in front of these current time frames and there was nothing else i could do about it.

Now that i can work again things are moving more smoothly and RNST along with everyone else that requested will receive their refunds.

My goal is to make sure that these 15 people receive everything they've asked for and then some. Needless to say nobody or just a few got jack from this thieve.

Yup!! Saw it happen in Brooklyn! Bunch of Russian guys came in undercutting quotes by almost 40% on large refrigeration jobs.......that was a lotta fun!! Get half the job done and disappear!

I will only make payment through PP. (obvious reasons)

If I can't do both those things then I don't buy the knife, or, I will buy it on the secondary market.
Sometimes I pay a little more.

Go through the GBU, even "established" makers do some questionable things, so I stick to this rule for everyone.

Sorry about getting all "preachy" about this, but time and time again people make transactions on the internet with the same amount of thought (lack of) as sending $1K in an envelope across the country....

I think we've all had our fill of thieves. Let this be a warning to anyone considering this course of action. You will find no safe haven here if you engage in deceptive, unethical, and illegal business practices. NocturalKnives sleeps with the fishes, where all thieves belong. Karma is another matter, what goes around always comes around. There is no escaping it.
 
Thank you for the thorough research on this subject. This thief stung me a while ago for some Ti handles for a XM-18 which he never made. Then he had the gall to tell another forum member I did receive the refund from him. So basically that makes him a lying thief.

Spread the word is all I suggest. Make it impossible for him to make a living involved with knives. See a posting on eBay - Ask him about his past on forums and point out the guy is a proven thief.
 
I wrote off the 240$ and the CQC11 I lost to this idiot years ago when he was Karg Knives. However, it really does get me that he's still pulling this off.
 
Does anyone know if all the info regarding Nocturnal is still correct in this thread?
I will be taking legal action against him, his wife, and anyone else that is associated past/present with this company. I was unaware of the issues with this company when i placed the order and paid for it. To say I am irritated with them is a major understatement.
 
Wow. They have some really nice knives. The prices seem reasonable at $500-$650. I think some posters are just cheap and impatient to wait years for their orders to be fulfilled. I feel there may also be a little jealously. People get jealous when other people do things better than they can.

Pretty sure this is another fake account that someone had for awhile. What a joke, I guess the Ohio court system is lying or russians hacking again to blame gene/oven/ Jeff Carte of scamming.

Well why don't you go ahead and give him $500-650 for a knife and see how well that works out for you?
