Does anybody on here go to and or been to North Cove Outfitters for knives? They are my local shop for knives if I want one A.S.A.P. I'm not recommending them or pushing their business upon anybody, I ask because recently I went and saw some custom fixed blades in the knife cabinet, and I wanted to know if the maker visits these forums or anybody knows who makes them? I've gotten a griptilian 551s, a Kershaw Blur, a Victorinox Swisstool & Centurion, a Buck X-Tract and a CRKT M16-03 (Old one) from there and a few others. Just wondering. I was also wondering if anybody from the shoreline visits these forums, I don't know many people down here!

North Cove is a great store. Unless something has changed, the custom knives are the work of Chris Karam of Killingworth. I don't know if he spends any time here but his website is Karam Handmade Knives. New England Field and Stream just west of Middletown also has a pretty good seletion of knives. I have a few of mine there and have seen a couple of other custom maker's knives too.

I pop in there from time to time, but I haven't been lately. They have a pretty good knife selection, and a lot of other cool stuff too.
