Not knives but pocket stick laws in CA

so what's the final verdict? Will it be alright to own? Or will i get trouble from local PD?
 
a kubotan type thing should be fine. i didnt see anything specifically prohibiting them.
 
Everytime I hear California mentioned, it makes me sick. No offense to any of you that can tolerate it..
 
Here's an item you don't have to explain to anyone (except maybe your wife). It's not custom-made ex-Navy Seal titanium, no 36-month waiting list.
A hair over 5 inches long, solid, lightweight, and the square profile fits the hand (mine anyway) better than a Sharpie.

I looked it up, very inexpensive. Found mine in a parking lot. Mine is "tactical" black with a red tip.

Just don't make it pointy or wave it around in a threatening manner. Keep your rocks small and unassuming as well.
