Not so Great: Shipping Times on My Latest Sales

Hi, Everyone,

I just wanted to let everyone know, who has purchased the latest batches of knives from me, that I am finally catching up this week. Most everyone (with one or two exceptions) has been very understanding, but I wanted to yet again assure everone that your knives are being packaged up and are going out. It took me a week to get caught up after losing last week to the personal emergency that I have explained to most of you individually in e-mail, and on top of everything else I have had to put out some fires at work. (I have been up since 0300 this morning, for example, trying to get three projects done that were due today.)

If anyone is dissatisfied with a transaction based on shipping time, please let me know and I will compensate you.

I did not order anything from you, but I am very upset and dissatisfied based on shipping times. I demand compensation.

Just wondering where I stand on this matter in regards to my shipment- curious as it sometimes takes a while to get across the border so I can plan to look for it appropriately.
 
I'll be sending out a batch tomorrow and some more on Monday and Tuesday, most likley. I'm going to try and send notifications to everyone as I ship, so you should get an e-mail.
 
I know I said this in my email Phil, but I wanted to say again that it's no problem at all! I understand that other things need to take priority sometimes, that's just the way it is. Especially the stuff you've had going on. Besides, as I'm sure my friends will tell you, I need to work on my patience every chance I get! :D

Canada??...Heck, you're lucky you bought from Phil, rather than from me, as I won't ship a knife to Canada, as I don't trust any Canadians with anything sharp.:D.:D.

And Phil...No worries. However, if I don't have that dagger in my hands by the end of 2009, I'm going to drive over to New York (in my POS '94 Ford Tempo :eek:) to have a face-to-face chat with you, and it won't be pretty ( I'm really good at Krav Maga :cool: ).:D.:D.

I know Sharp Phil as a man of high integrity. If he reports that your knives are in route then they most assuredly are and you will receive them PDQ.. :thumbup:

I did not order a knife from you last year and it still has not yet arrived.

I clearly remember posting in that for sale thread; NO, I won't take it, and now a year later I still am yet to recieve the item I did not want. You have some nerve having some personal issues, who do you think you are; a human?

Let's get one thing straight Phil; the next time I tell you I do not want the item you have for sale, I do not send you any money, and we do not discuss delvery, YOU better make sure I DO NOT get it!!!:grumpy: Ever

Everything except a couple of international shipments has gone out. I apologize again to everyone who was affected by the delay. It took me several hours just to get everything packaged and shipped, last week and this week.
 
Thanks Phil. I got a Click and Ship notification earlier today.:) No problem with the delay, stuff happens, we've all been there.

I bought from Phil in this batch. Stuff happens in our lives that we can't always plan for. Phil took care of the sales. Got my ship notice yesterday. I will buy from him again.
 
Yes, everything has gone out; I am completely caught up and shipping all new sales within 1 to 2 business days. I'm not sure about the transit time through customs and to you, but if you don't have it within the next few days, let me know. If your knife (the Camillus multi-tool jack, if I remember correctly) is not in your hands by the middle of next week at the very latest, let me know and I will grant you a full refund, no questions asked.
 
I got my notice of shipment and the knives are currently in transit.

Phil; I will PM when they get here to let you know they arrived safely. Like I said in the PM I sent earlier, don't worry about it. Every one of us has had personal emergencies arise that must take precedence over anything else and if anyone has a problem with that it is a reflection on them not you.
