Nice old SAK’s. You don’t see them often. The one with the bail is exactly the one my dad gave me as a first knife in 1976. A guy he worked with gave it to him to give to me when my dad told him I wanted a knife.

I had no idea how special it was until I’d put a lot of wear on it. It took a lot of abuse.

Goes to show that they were built to handle a lot of hard work and afteral that is what they are intended for. I do believe nearly all of us in hindsight would reconsider the way we used one or two knives though. 😅
