Thank you, fishin. Looks like corn cob jigging to me too, but I couldn't find information about that on the box. It has been made for Case by Blue Grass Cutlery in 1997.
The handle scales of the #15 originally were red jigged bone and turned into a nice orange after some filing, sanding and polishing.
