A week ago I ordered a rather large shipment of gifts from 'Camp Smarter', and after receiving no shipping updates like the last time I ordered, my order status listed 'error' under each knife in my order. I sent an email...which now means I have an account in some odd customer service robot they have...No human response out of it yet, so I called their phone line. I got a recording saying to check the website that isn't answering. I knew it was after hours, but I was hoping for at least a voicemail. I'll call again tomorrow to see if anyone's alive over there...Their prices are the best I've seen, but I'm seeing that their large operation is about as personal as a credit card company. My account has been charged via paypal, looking into cancelling the order if I don't hear anything soon.
