Just ordered a Delica(Mistook it for an Endura,It'll be good anyways), and they claim to usually ship within 3 business days. Well, today is the 3rd day and they still haven't shipped it.
Though I ordered it on a Friday. Would that effect the shipping time?
 
In addition to not including holidays, "business days" doesn't include weekends. So depending on when you ordered it on Friday, the clock may not have even started on the "3 business days" for your order to be shipped.
