Does anyone have any feedback on dealing with them?

They took months to ship two knives for me!!

All because they were a few bucks cheaper, there are a lot of great e stores to buy from... Pass on this one at ALL costs!!
 
I ordered from them once because they were the only dealer who had the knife I wanted.
I had very bad service.
I wrote them a respectful letter voicing my disappointment with their business practices.
No reply. (No surprise)

I wasn’t going to slam them on the forum, but since somebody asked….

I had their website on my "favorites list" but never really order from them. I

was planning to use them as a "backup" if i couldn't find what i wanted

somewhere else.

So far, i have had a completely different experience with this shop. I recently bought a knife from them and had it in my hands four days later. turns out I didn't like this knife as much as I thought and decided to return it for another slightly more expensive knife. I called them up and dealt with Jared who I think is the owner, or the owner's son. He was awesome. Very helpful and customer driven. Gave me an return authorization # for the knife I was sending back and will credit the price of it towards the new knife. So far, a good experience. I'll post back once I have the new knife in hand and the credit for the older one on my card.

and honestly, i can't seem to find much better prices out there then they sell for.

I also should say that they sent out detailed emailed invoices and ups tracking #'s too.

i placed two orders with them during the past month, and had great experiences. both orders were shipped within 48 hrs, i got tracking numbers for each, and UPS shipping (free) was 2 days for each item. packaging was very good, with each knife inside manufacturer's packaging, which was then packed in a heavy duty cardboard box filled with packing peanuts. all in all, very satisfactory experiences, and the prices were of course great too.
 
I too had a positive experience with them just last week. Great price and free shipping. They sent me the tracking number and the knife arrived in a few days just as described. No problems at all.
