I'd prefer something with more abrasion resistance.What would you prefer?
I personally would have loved something like 52100 myself.
For a stainless (which is what my wife greatly prefers), I think 12c27Mod is just about ideal.
It’s very tough, very stainless, holds an ok edge (very similar to AEB-L)…. And most importantly, is SUPER fine grained. I can get a keener edge with 12c27 than almost any other stainless steel.
