Horton is not quite finished it yet, and the knife is spoken for.

one heck of a convexed chopper.

What's that, about 2" thick? That's alright for fine work, but I prefer something a little more durable for hard use.

That's a realy beauty. Should be real popular with the hikers on the AT. :p

I'll never understand the obsession with ultra fat knives. When they pulled out the porky parkways at Blade, I just rolled my eyes

Does the AT go in a circle? :p
I'm pretty sure I would once I start listing to starboard from wearing that on my belt.:D

Horton has some talent. I hope he used a band saw for those primary bevels. That would make a belt sander weep.

Damn! I want that knife. Damn right! Screw scandi's!

jk... scandis get love to. But man...1/2" thick, WANT FAT!

I hope ankerson bought it, then we get:
NMFBM vs FFBM vs 18"AK vs CS Trailmaster vs BWM vs HORTON

That would be a GREAT matchup.

A knife like that one does have it's perils...

I am a bit confused why it's not a full flat grind, it's just going to be that much fatter an edge.
