now this is a proper bushcrafter knife!

Thanks everyone, Bushman was being funny by putting this over here, but, I got a lot of great feedback and honest opinions about the knife, thanks, J.

Can we see an in hand shot? Also now that it is pretty much finished as in handles and amount of material removed whats the final weight? Are you making a sheath for it?

Woof, Rambo may need this for his next outing.

Nice work J, looks like a hell of a choppa. I know it'll cut like a laser but how do the serrations do for notching or such? Pretty aggressive i'm betting.

Different strokes for different folks. Lots of knives don't appeal to everybody.

It fits the hand better than I thought it would.

Bet it'll be a hell of a chopper!

I think Horton's knives are pretty cool. I like big-ass knives; though, I don't use them much. I still like them.

How hard was it to heat treat and temper? I've got no practical experience with this. I'm just curious.

Does the AT go in a circle? :p
I'm pretty sure I would once I start listing to starboard from wearing that on my belt.:D

Horton has some talent. I hope he used a band saw for those primary bevels. That would make a belt sander weep.
No problem. Hang your bowling ball off the other side.
