NWA forum knife design.

I'll make the sheaths on those if anyone wants the plastic, I won't say kydex, since I don't use it. I think with some volume I can come in around the leather sheath price.

How about an option to buy both sheaths and a fire steel holder to go with the sheath from Robert? These are some some great sheaths. I switch between leather and plastic sheath for my Chris Reeves Sable, choices are good.

So how do we pay for these? $150 for the knife, are there going to be any other charges? Paypal?

Does the sheath come with a ferro rod loop?

TIA

Looks great!

Tell me how much for the deposit and how to get it to you.

Any options like different scales or anything? Just wondering. :D I really like the work done by both of you but the NWA knife is closer to the the design I was looking for.

Everyone has done really spectacular work. Thanks all.

Nick's knives are simply great. The fit, finish and sharpness is equal or better than knives costing twice as much. I know; he made two for me. His leatherwork is also wonderful. The knives fit into the sheaths with a audible "pop" to let you know they really fit. As I said before, buy a knife now before he realizes how good he is and raises his price. Thanks, Nick. Bill.

I'll wholeheartedly second that! I also have 2 of Nick's knives & couldn't be more pleased.

that is a great looking knife ... i love it... tknife i bet you're stoked...:o

this a very hard decision for me......:(

Thanks again guys. What other kinds of handle matl. do you guys think would be good to offer? NWA is my initials.

For a few extra bucks I can do the firesteel loops. I can also supply the firesteel. I can make them so you can add and remove it seperately.

 I am In for this Knife, it looks very handy, and I like the idea of a leather sheath, there sre somethings i like more traditional.

Let me know when its available.

I like the green handles but some natural or more natural looking options might appeal to some and i know there has been a recent trend to orange G10 for some people, but like I said Ill take the green.

Oh yeah I am also definitley in for the ferro rod loop:thumbup:

As soon as all the details are hammered out let me know.

Is the finished bare blade (no sheath, no handle) going to be an option, or is all the optioning getting to be a PITA?

I'll be happy with green/OD micarta for the handle material and I'll stay with Nick's leather sheath. If I need a kydex sheath I'll have it made later. All I need are the payment details.

I can make a blade only if people want that. I need to figure out all of the different costs and options. I'm pretty sure tknife will be handling the order taking.

Thanks
Nick

aaahhhh, the simple answer. thx.

i like the materials that are offered currently, inexpensive enough to appeal to the most buyers.

perhaps some "premium" woods, varying colors of g10, or different grades of micarta.

Another one in for your knife Nick. If possible, I would like to see handle material in orange available even if an upcharge (slight) is necessary!

Really nice work Nick, that looks like it would be an absolute pleasure to use. I was very close to buying a Bark River Bravo-1, just being slow to buy because funds are a bit tight. Yours is making me think again though. I really like your design, but I'm drawn to the Barkie for the steel. Tough one...

Thinking makes my brain hurt! If I had the funds, I would just get both of course.

Anyway, that's my problem to work out. Congrats on a really nice knife.

Rick.
