October 2014 Weights and Strength Challenge Thread

An upper-body workout from a few days ago:

light - 280 = 2.8
medium - 94 = 1.88
heavy - 29 = 1.16

Currents BSPs: 48.16

Unloaded 840lbs of tile and carried each of 15 boxes 70ft to the kitchen.
Most around 50-60 lbs each. I could probably lift one box 6 times in rapid succession before I dropped it on my foot and had to go back to the tile store for more.

Arms felt nearly dead at the end of this exercise. Do they qualify as Heavy or medium reps?

Judging by how I feel over an hour later, I'm calling 'em darn heavy and taking a BSP.
If you thing I'm being too generous, let me know and I'll consider knocking it down to .5.
Tired. Going to bed now.

Tile guy arrived at 8. Needed most of those boxes moved from the dining room to the back porch. So now I'm definitely taking 1 BSP for 'em.

53.0 TTD.

Back/biceps
Light - 60 = 0.6
Medium - 119 = 2.38
Heavy - 49 = 1.96
workout total 4.94

Current BSPs:43.74+4.94 = 48.68 TTD.

An upper-body workout and a full-body workout together:

light - 381 = 3.81
medium - 164 = 3.28
heavy - 44 = 1.76

Current BSPs: 51.17

Sweet, another month's lifting goal accomplished, and with a few days to spare. Now to bring up my doggone mileage!!

Legs and delts
Light - 63 = 0.63
Medium - 112 = 2.24
Heavy - 18 = 0,72
workout total 3,59
Current BSPs:48,68+3,59 = 52.27
