After seeing it and thinking about it, has to be a sea turtle that is decomposing and its shell fell off.

Where is this creature now? If it didn't warrant being carted off and studied, then it's nothing new.

If you look at the teeth they look very like a raccoons teeth, its about the same size as a raccoon too. The beak is the exposed bone on the snout.
