Oeser Knives...

The forged look translates well onto a slipjoint. Between that and the burlap covers the knife is just bustin' with interesting textures and hues.
Superb!

That looks really old school, very nice combination of pattern and texture. Looking at the way the closed blade precisely fits in the handle I'm sure it moves as well as it looks.

Now thats awesome work, some really beautiful knives !
I'm usually not a fan of traditionals, mostly because I don't like the stag/bone handles.
Those Micarta handles put those knives in a totally different light for me, maybe I should give it a try...

It is a great pleasure to have discovered this cutler Jared renews American clasicisme

i want one or two for 2013 :thumbup:

Here is a slip joint like you've never seen before. It's my take on a Lanny's Clip with a little something extra.

I really like this knife here. I have been looking at it for a while now and it is great. There is no bling bling to it like there would be on other knives and that along with everything looking so crisp and clean make it look so very nice. It is like such a pretty woman that needs no make up. Just plain beautiful. NICE WORK!!!

Thanks Enrique, it was great talking with and again I appreciate your kind words.

I must admit, at first I was not a fan of the Lanny's clip, but after making one I can now see the draw to it. It's really a great functional comfy knife to use and carry. I've been looking for the right pattern to make my old man who is a fan of clip blades and I think this might be the pattern.

Jared, that Lanny's clip is by farm my favorite of yours so far.
Awesome job on it and I really love the extra touches.

A favorite pattern of mine and a beautiful version.

Here's one I finished up for a friend. This is similar to the first gunstock I made except it is quite a bit bigger. This one measures in at 4 1/2" closed and has a secondary wharncliffe.

Nice asymmetrical spear grind and the handle curves and material combinations are a total knockout. I imagine it's very difficult keeping even curves on an asymmetrical handle.

They just get better all the time. Great blade selection, and I really like the color combination. Nice work.

That's a dandy buddy! Looks great... I dig that blade combo.
Congrats to you both...
