Of all the knives in your collection do you favor a particular one with more pocket time?

I probably have 200+ knives in my collection but this PM2 in plain ol’ s30v, carbon fiber SDK scales, all ti hardware and a lynch clip finds its way into my pocket more than any other knife. I’ve bought a lot of knives, some cheaper others more expensive that have seen little to no pocket time, but there is just something about this one particular one, the action, feel, the “ting” noise when it opens and closes that just speaks to me the most. What’s the one knife in your collection thats the same for you?IMG_3350.jpeg

Fixed and backup live on belt and boot. Fixed gets swapped every few weeks.

Folder, each morning I stand there and look at each, open a few. Whichever speaks to me that day, goes for the ride.

It's an eclectic mix of sizes, materials, esthetics, and purpose. So the champion is selected on the plans for the day generally.

Most of the time, if the N°10 cannot cut it, then I should be using an axe, a Skrama, or scissors. 😆

There are over 400 knives in my collection but there are only 10-15 that I consider carrying & I'd never limit that selection to just 1.

The knives that get the most pocket time from me are a Spyderco Swayback, Spyderco Advocate & Real Steel Megalodon but I'm currently carrying a plain Ti iMamba & also recently carried a Spyderco Gen 2 Police, a Spyderco Amalgam, an Olamic Wayfarer 247 & a Tom Krein Shard.

A Hinderer X18-3.5 & a Strider 8Line SNG (among others) are also still waiting for some pocket time.

Depends on the day and what I'm planning on doing. Most often anything from a Native 5 in S35Vn, GB2 in M4, Spyderco Military in S110VN, Opinel #8, Emerson CQC-7BW. If out hiking for the day, a Benchmade Puukko 200, Bradford Guardian 3, or DH Russell Canadian Belt Knife.
