Of all the knives in your collection do you favor a particular one with more pocket time?

Summer carry. In the winter I move up to 3.5" and 4" models.

These and a lock back folder. Typically, Kabar Dozier folder or my new toy, K390 Endura. Once in a blue moon the Barrage comes along, but it's noticeably heavier than the Kabar or the Spyderco. The Case varies sometimes, but the SAK Compact and the Knipex are always with me. There's a Rambler on my truck keychain and a Classic on my keychain to Lovey's Jeep, so they're every day too.

Simple answer to the OP question, No.

However, as I rotate through my collection, something may stick around for a week, a month, or several months.

For the last 6 + weeks, either my PD#1 Endura or Small 31 have been filling my pocket everyday.

Over the last year, the Spyopera, Ultratech, and Troodon have all seen extended time in rotation, but not with exclusivity.

Two knives that haven’t been in the safe for years are my Tanto Umnumzaan and Spyderco Rhino. They live perpetually in my nightstand and while they don’t typically EDC, they both make frequent cameos for odds & ends. They’re kinda opposites, but both super useful.

A Benchmade Griptilian been my daily choice for a long while now. I think it is a 551. I know it is not a Mini.

My second choice has been a Kershaw Zing. One of the US made versions. Fluted blade and orange scales. If I had to pick one folder for the rest of my life, this would be up for serious consideration. Mine normally stays at home now because of replacement cost. Ebay prices have gone nuts on these lately!

Recently picked up a CJRB J1929 flip front with polished green micarta scales. If I loose that at work, I'm not out much money. Now that my wife is retired, pennies need to be pinched a little more until we adjust to the new income levels.

K390 Endela mostly these days but varies.
Just set out my carbon Osborn 940-1 for tomorrow but may change my mind :)

Everyday:

Spyderco Police 4 FRN K390 is my EDC.

Full disclosure, I carry a Recon 1 clip point in my left hand pocket for a backup.
