Lol, that looks like a wild ale/sour beer from Russian River. You're talking a whole different style of beer there with a very unique brewing process. Those types of beers are typically aged for several years in wooden barrels that have been inoculated with bacteria such as lactobacillus and pediococcus. They're also served in a corked and caged bottle like champagne. Fifteen dollars isn't really that bad of a price for a bar. Those types of beers are fairly expensive to begin with due to everything that goes into brewing them.

Now look what you did. You went and bought out my inner beer geek :D
