My thoughts are with you mate, truly.

2022 was a great and terrible year here. My wife and I welcomed our third son into the world, thankfully very healthy.

The less good, doctors discovered a tumour in my arm. Had to go through all the tests and surgeries to have it removed. Got the results back - benign! Great, so we caught up with my sister and her partner to tell them the good news and she tells me she has a tumour. We just found out two weeks ago it's cancer and has spread to her heart and spine. She's 27 and one of the most beautiful people I know. They were getting married in a couple of months then trying for a child but now the wedding is postponed and it's unclear whether she'll ever have the opportunity for children.
