I still own a vintage C-64 with tape deck and 5 1/4" floppy.
Captain, I doubt you understood any of that. :p
 
The commodore 64 was super pimp. Tape deck was a requirement! Airborn Ranger was my drug of choice back then.
 
I was thinking of selling my whole C-64 set-up.
It's lived at my mother's house for decades. Literally decades.
I thought I had the boxes still stored there too. Turns out my mom threw them away.

Its called a timer.

Just like shooting a long range precise shot, you want little to no movement at all, you really want to be disconnected from the mechinism, as much as possible.

Set up the 'pod, set the timer, and let the camera do the work. Just try it.

Yeah, too much of a blur for me. I don't remember much about games. Except Metal Gear Solid for playstation. I still have flashbacks about that damn game.
 
Man metal gear solid was sweet! I'm not one for when they take old games and repaint them for next gen consoles but that series revamp has me excited.

this part of the thread has me nostalgiaing hard

good camera, don't move, good lighting, nice angles, timers, photoshop, stuff like that. You can get great photos out of the worst cameras though if you do it right. Photography is all about light though man, good lighting is the easiest way to make sure they turn out.
