Grats on the 10. Mine's a safe queen for now, but I hate to see it not used, so it's day is coming.
 
stopped at the grocery store after work - they had a plate with 8 bacon wrapped 5 oz sirloins for $12. Thick little buggers, too.
since I had planned on deep frying a turkey tonight, I rolled the steaks in egg followed by crushed crackers and fried them while I was getting the bird ready.
5 minutes in 325 degree oil crisped the bacon perfect and left me with perfect steaks for dinner -- while the turkey cooked.
I'm going to eat well for the next few days. :)
(and my BK14 cut up the 3 steaks I ate for dinner very well, thank you)
 
I've been messing around with different mug/stove kits, and I wound up with both the SP 450 and the SP 600 ti mugs.
I went to REI last night looking for Nalgenes that might nest in them. The regular 1L Nalgene is too big for the 600.
I happily found that versions of the Camelbak "Better Bottle" fit really well in different mugs.

The 1L Camelbak fits nicely in the 600 ml mug. And the .75L Camelbak is a perfect fit in the 450 ml mug.

I also found this little neoprene rig which has a small outer pocket and a shoulder strap.
The .75L bottle and 450 ml mug fit great in the rig.

That site is great. Hadn't seen the girl scout one or the red paint one yet.

Some of them seem toooo perfect(ly messed up) to be real, but very funny regardless.
