tell you what, you can tell a big difference in taste when you butcher a pig or store buy it.. there for a couple years we always bought half a pig from a distant neighbor...

Agreed. We used to raise pigs and every day after school my sister and I let the pigs out and ran and exercised them for an hour. Combined with good feed our pigs were well toned, kinda like muscle dudes that work out. Talk about the most delicious pork ever!!!
