Its a great gun, its a bit bulky for CCW but there are ways to carry it. I like the High Capacity. 13+1 is nice in 45

Thinking about a Kimber crimson trace for my new CCW gun though

Its great I love it. The wood burned grips are great. I also have a old Thompson center that was my dads and grandpas but the frame is cracked. It was one of the first aluminum framed 1911s

Too bad about the old TC That was a problem with the early attempts at aluminum frames. But, it's still a great family heirloom These Scandium framed S&W's are as light as aluminum and tough as steel. I have shot the pee out of mine and shows no sign of wear.

It's not really a conversion. I't a balls out Tactical Recon Pistol (TRC). It's at the upper end of the Springfield spectrum

My brother and I built some shelves in my shed Friday. I added some "hangers" Saturday, to get my spare siding, Tyvek roll, etc, up off the floor. Man, what a difference. I wish I would have taken a before photo. There was one small aisle up the middle. Still thinking about hanging the bikes up as well.

Insanely jealous of all that space. I can't even walk into mine without risking injury.

Dude, that literally only took about 2 and a half hours to do. I wish I would have taken a before photo, damn. Like I said, one aisle up the middle, a push mower wide, haha. Had to move ten things to get to one. My weight bench and weights will take up all the space again though.
