Ive used the south beach diet book a lot. I dont suggest the diet itself, but theres a lot of recipes in the book that are pretty damn good and track all of the things you want to keep track of. Low calorie and what not.

An EDC/bushcrafter I forged from 1/8" L6 with spalted cherry scales. I guess I'm old fashioned but I like a knife that's been on an anvil. It is insanely sharp and has held a good edge through testing. I have a few different designs in the works but I think this one will be the first offered.
