So i just got laid off until I get full release to work from my doc...... After a month of working pretty much one handed, and everything getting done to or above standard, they decided that they couldnt have me working at decreased capacity......

Hang in there brother. Maybe you will get released very soon. I had something similar happen once. Things got so bad I had to eat at the restaurant because I couldn't stand to see the kids going hungry.

It really depends on how they define my job description. I go back to the doc Monday for follow up, so if he says I can meet all the attributes of the job description that they pulled from their S+P manual, then I am golden, but if they say that I have to be able to use my left arm with no restrictions at all, then Im pretty screwed. Right now I am 7-9 weeks out from full use of the arm. I just dont like leaving my crew down a person, plus nervous about what messes I will have to clean up, if I am gone a while.

Meh it is what it is...lol one way or another its gonna work it self out.
At least I have you guys to chat with ..lol
